We have designed many different commercial project types including healthcare, office, municipal buildings, retail, restaurants, multifamily residential, and many more. I specifically have 12 years expericance in developing healthcare projects. We develop designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. We design new construction homes and large additions/renovations to existing homes. For a client that is looking for a design that accommodates several specific needs or requirements, we can custom design your residence to address all of your needs. We specifically specialize in designing waterfront homes, and have expericance addressing the challenges that come with this project type. We develop creative solutions while maintain the highest level of aesthetics.

Dan is professional and super efficient with the timing of drawings and delivery as well . I was very impressed with his ability to achieve exactly what I wanted for the addition to my lake cottage ( kitchen , bedrooms, bathrooms and living space ) and the extra effort he went to ensure all aspects of the project were within the city codes and guidelines . He has great creativity and delivered a fantastic design plan .
